Notes from the farmer -
Come to our Farm Open Day on Sunday 7th June and meet our lovely cows and our beautiful little calves. We are here to show you how we work hard all year round to make milk from grass. You will see why welfare is our top priority, and you don't have to take our word for it, our vets who are on site every week, will be there to tell you (and show you) all about it. See the cows grazing in our fields, food being prepared in a giant mixer by the team and watch the cows being milked at 3.00pm. in our brand new state of the art milking parlour, complete with a viewing gallery above.
You can meet my fellow farmers Country Fresh Eggs, who are bringing some of their chickens and eggs to our farm and want to tell you about egg production! We also have eggs being incubated ready to hatch on the day.
Fun activities include tractor and trailer rides, build a scarecrow, build a nest, nature plate pizza, farm quiz, local woodworking craftsman, stalls with craft and country items.
Tea, coffee, biscuits, mobile creperie or bring your own picnic.
Cardiff Drawing Group will be on-site with art activities for all ages.
Wenvoe Wildlife Group will host walks around our fields, pond and woodlands.
Strictly no dogs, dogs can cause distress to livestock and may compromise bio security.

Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy in our fields.
Wet weather on the day?
Wellies advisable, parking available on concrete if necessary.
Push chairs are not advised if weather is wet.
